Rajesh Nair, President and CEO

Rajesh has more than 18 years of experience in the software industry. Previously, he held VP Engineering position at TargetFirst and Director of Engineering positions at Excite@Home and ATS, Inc. He has also worked as a consultant to several companies including Cisco, HP and SGI. Rajesh holds a B.S. in Computer Science from College of Engineering, Trivandrum, India, MS Engineering from San Jose State University, CA and MBA from Lucas School of Business, SJSU, CA.

Smita Nair, VP of Engineering and Operations

Smita has over sixteen years of experience in the computer software industry. Prior to co-founding Pivot Systems, she worked in engineering and management with several Silicon Valley companies including Netscape-AOL, HP, CoSine Communications, Cisco and eBay. Smita holds a BS in Computer Science from NIT (formerly REC), Bhopal, India, MS in Systems Engineering from San Jose State University, CA and MBA from Lucas School of Business, SJSU, CA.

Robin Smith, Director of Professional Services

Robin has more than twenty years of software development, professional services and management experience. Prior to joining Pivot Systems, she managed several critical teams at Tellme, a Microsoft Subsidiary, as well as at a variety of companies including Yamanouchi, Shaklee, Genentech, The Sharper Image, Williams-Sonoma and Executive Communications Group, Inc. Robin holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of California, San Diego.

Chandra Chooden, General Manager, India Development Center

Chandra brings twenty years of experience in software development and management. Prior to joining Pivot Systems, he managed several projects for the Kerala Police Computer Center and led initiatives for e-governance of Kerala State. He holds a Degree in Commerce and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications from University of Kerala.
